Deliria Weapon Rankings

Swords, guns, bows, and magic graded from footage — SSS still depends on your chain, not the tooltip.

Deliria Weapon Rankings

Steam sells four combat verbs: swords, guns, bows, and magic. Style rank climbs letter by letter toward SSS and pays a damage bonus if you keep the chain alive. This page is a prep ranking of weapons seen in playtest and the first Steam build. Named tools below are ones footage or store materials actually showed. We do not invent a 500-item ladder to look complete. Marketing still advertises 500+ items; this chart is the handful we can defend.

Use this list to decide what to craft first, then learn the swing in the combat guide. Boss matchups live on the boss rankings and the boss walkthrough. Ore and cave routes sit in mining. Builders who would rather wall a pit than min-max a blade should use building and playstyles instead. Parent hub: Tier List Hub. Deliria is on Steam (app 3725650) with a listed store date of 2 September 2026; any DPS talk here is still a snapshot, not a patched spreadsheet.

How we grade weapons

S is a named item with a proven kill or a clearly featured kit. A is named and visible, with a likely role but no full stat sheet. B is a real category or starter tool you will use even if it never headlines a trailer. Tools are pickaxes, axes, and maces that can hit but should not replace a dedicated weapon once you have ore.

Magic is marketed and unranked by spell name, so it sits as a playstyle, not a row of fake titles. Style rank still punishes one-button play: an S-tier gun falls off if you never mix a melee tag. Read controls so swap, aim, and draw-hold are bound before you blame the item. Early Steam reports of softlocks and spawn pressure do not change a letter; they change whether you should test a new drop in a fresh world. That caution lives on the install checklist.

S — proven in a clip

ShotCopperBullet earned S because playtest used it to finish Yoggoth. That is a named gun-side attack on a named god. If your first ore surplus is copper, feeding that gun beats gilding a trophy sword. Pair it with the Yoggoth notes and a partner from multiplayer for the team-spawn version.

Hell Serpent is an observed named weapon in public materials. S here means the name is real and the presentation treats it as a centerpiece, not that it out-damages ShotCopperBullet on a spreadsheet that does not exist yet. Style rank to SSS still belongs to the player holding it.

A — named and visible

Space Ripper and Bloodbringer showed up as named gear in observed footage. Until a patch note prints damage, on-hit effects, and crafting trees, they stay A: worth hunting, not worth rearranging your whole getting started path. If a drop needs a boss, check the boss guide before you camp a biome all night.

Bows sit in A as a family. Playtest charged shots with a draw-hold, closer to a pull-and-release tool than a tap-fire gun. Iron and wood bows appeared in crafting talk; a gold bow was considered and skipped to save material. Against Prince Petry, range was the point — arrows in the prince beat a melee panic. Knives also tagged from mid range in that fight. Bring a bow to Petry; bring a gun to Yoggoth until more data lands.

Swords as a family also sit in A for style-rank melee. A copper sword was enough to arm an NPC in playtest. Player swords will scale; mix them into a chain so the letter climbs instead of farming one heavy swing. Eye of Deliria is a bad place to learn that lesson with a slow hammer.

B — starters, tools, and caution

Pickaxes and axes are how you open the cube-free world. They can slap a slime. They should not be your plan for Eye of Deliria. Maces and hammers showed up as weighty melee; they look excellent on a dummy and slow on a flying skull. Craft them, test them, then swap when the HUD name of a god appears.

Dynamite is not a ranked weapon. Playtest used it as a bad combat idea and a good way to hurt yourself. Save explosives for carving, which the mining guide covers, not for Petry’s guards. If building dirt refuses to place — a launch-week complaint — do not “fix” it with bombs next to your town.

Magic stays B as a slot you will unlock, not as a list of named spells. Steam says you can switch into it. Until a tome drops with a printed name, do not download a fake “best staff” chart from anywhere, including this wiki. The Necronomicon tracks finds; it is not a spellbook we can rank.

Style rank beats the letter on the item

The combat system keeps score. Clean hits climb the rank; hits taken and lazy repeats knock it down. SSS is a player skill ceiling with a damage bonus, not a prefix on ShotCopperBullet. That is why playstyles matter as much as this list: a melee chain, a gun burst, and a bow draw are different ways to feed the same meter. Gunner, bow, magic, and melee style-rank are habits, not classes.

Invasions will eat a pretty loadout if the town has no walls. Blood Moon and Hastur care whether you can clear a street, not whether Bloodbringer has a lore paragraph. Arm NPCs with whatever spare copper sword you have, then use your S-tier gun on the actual wave.

English-only Steam text means item names here should match the client. There are no promo codes that grant Hell Serpent, and this is not Roblox. Track official links and the roadmap. Climate still decides where you farm; see the biome rankings.

Keep a private drop log: name, biome, and whether style rank actually climbed while you used it. This wiki will only promote a weapon a tier when footage or patch notes show the proof, not because a still frame looked sharp. An S-tier gun in a doorless box is still a wipe.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

What weapons are confirmed in Deliria?

Store copy lists swords, guns, bows, and magic. Observed names include ShotCopperBullet, Hell Serpent, Space Ripper, Bloodbringer, plus maces, hammers, pickaxes, and axes. See combat for how they feed style rank.

Does SSS make a weapon S-tier by itself?

No. SSS is a style-rank ceiling with a damage bonus. The same bow can be average on a sloppy chain and excellent on a clean one. Rank the player loop, not just the item icon.

What should I craft first?

A mining tool, then a ranged option. ShotCopperBullet is the only named gun with a public boss kill. Follow getting started and mining before you chase A-tier names.

Should NPCs get my best weapon?

Playtest armed a resident with a copper sword and that was enough for support. Keep named guns on the player for Yoggoth. Housing steps sit on NPC notes.

Are these weapon ranks final?

No. They are prep ranks from playtest and the early Steam build. A patch can reshuffle damage, recipes, and drops. Check the roadmap before you treat S as frozen.

Is there a code for Hell Serpent?

No. Linesway has not published promo codes. Use official links for Steam and Discord news, not code lists.
