Deliria Co-op, LAN, and PvP
Online and LAN, a PvP switch, chat with /help, and a kill feed that prints damage.
Steam lists four multiplayer flags for Deliria: Online PvP, LAN PvP, Online Co-op, and LAN Co-op. That is the whole platform sentence. PC only, English listed, no console split-screen claim in the materials we have. Multiplayer is the heart of the pitch — explore together, build arenas, gang up on bosses, hold a town through an invasion, or flip PvP on. This page is the session manual. The guides hub is the rest of the wiki.
Deliria is on Steam. Install app 3725650, then plan the stack (who hosts, whether PvP stays off, who brings torches) before you create the world. Release timing and the install checklist are the practical pair.
Co-op is the default fantasy
The loop that marketing keeps repeating is cooperative:
- Carve terrain together with VoxelWeaver habits from building.
- Share shafts, furnaces, and KeyObsidian mistakes from mining.
- House NPCs so a town exists — NPC page.
- Take bosses as a group.
- Hold invasions as a group.
Ten NPCs and a house-to-town pipeline are lonelier if you never open the session to friends, but they still function. Co-op is how a Blood Moon stops being a private fail.
Creative mode is a co-op toy too. Spawn mobs and bosses on teams and watch Prince Petri try to kill Eye of Deliria while four people argue about the pit. That is allowed. It is not a ranked mode.
PvP is a switch
Hosts can disable world PvP. Footage shows the stamp World PVP Disabled by [player]. Read that as a session rule, not a bug. If you want duels, say so before someone drops a town in a forest. If you do not, disable it and keep the kill feed for mobs and bosses.
Kill feed lines have included damage percents. That is useful in co-op (who actually broke the boss) and radioactive in a surprise PvP world. Talk before you host.
Playstyles and the weapons tier list will matter more the moment PvP is on. Style rank still applies; a one-button shotgun string that dumps SSS is still a bad string even if it griefed a friend.
Chat and commands
Chat is in the build. /help is a confirmed command pattern. Until Linesway publishes a command list, do not invent economy commands, teleport syntax, or admin cheats. If /help prints more later, this page should quote that output, not a fan wiki from another game.
Controls is honest about unpublished keybinds. Chat itself is expected to sit on a typical Enter-to-talk default, but that is a genre guess. The important part is that text and a help command exist, so you are not limited to screaming over Steam overlay.
LAN versus online
LAN flags mean a local network session is in the Steam feature set, not only a cloud listen server. Online flags mean you can do the same over the internet. We do not have a player cap, a dedicated-server story, or a region list to print. System requirements still apply to every machine in the lobby: Windows 10 minimum, 4 GB RAM, DirectX 11; 8 GB and DirectX 12 recommended.
If someone’s GPU is the bottleneck, VoxelWeaver caves and blight lighting will show it before the boss does.
What a good hosted night looks like
- Getting started goals: house, torches, food.
- PvP policy stamped in chat.
- A carve plan so two pickaxes are not opening two graves.
- A boss decision that uses real names only — Eye of Deliria, Prince Petry/Petri, Yoggoth, Leapus/Lepus — or no boss at all.
- An invasion plan if you are staying past dark.
- Discord or Steam overlay as voice; official Discord is linked from official links.
There are no promo codes to share in chat. There is no Roblox server browser. Buy or install from the Steam page, host from a machine that already has the depot, and treat roadmap notes as shipped pillars versus unknown names.
Host settings matter more than bravado. Steam lists online and LAN co-op plus PvP, chat answers /help, and a player can stamp World PVP Disabled across the session. Read the kill feed percentages before you call a fight fair. Deliria is a town you hold with people, or a duel you opted into.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
Does Deliria have online co-op?
Yes. Steam lists Online Co-op and LAN Co-op, plus Online PvP and LAN PvP. It is not a local-only game.
How do I turn PvP off?
Playtests showed a world stamp like "World PVP Disabled by [player]." Agree in chat first; controls covers chat and /help.
Can we fight bosses together?
That is the pitch. Use the bosses guide for named fights and combat for style rank.
What about invasions in co-op?
Is there a command list?
Only /help is confirmed so far. Do not invent economy or teleport commands. Session basics also sit in getting started.
Where do friends get the game?
Install the live Steam app together. Share official links and the system requirements so every box can actually host.
